Terms of Service

Interview Coach is for interview preparation. You may not use it to receive help during a live interview, exam, assessment, take-home challenge, or hiring process where outside assistance is not allowed.

You are responsible for following the rules of the employer, school, platform, or assessment provider connected to any real opportunity.

You are responsible for the information you add to your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using the product and contact the product owner.

You may not attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, scrape private data, or test security without permission.

You keep ownership of resumes, job descriptions, transcripts, answers, saved stories, and other content you provide. You give Interview Coach permission to process that content to operate the product, generate feedback, save reports, and provide related features.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, regulated, or proprietary information unless you are authorized to use it for interview preparation.

Interview Coach may generate questions, follow-ups, reports, rewrite suggestions, resume-role fit analysis, and voice using AI. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific interview situation.

Use the feedback as coaching support, not as professional, legal, employment, immigration, financial, or hiring advice. You are responsible for deciding what to use in a real interview.

The product may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time. Features may depend on configured providers such as authentication, storage, AI, speech, avatar, or hosting services.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The updated date above tells you when the terms were last revised.

You may not use Interview Coach to impersonate others, generate deceptive application materials, violate hiring-process rules, upload malware, reverse engineer the service, abuse rate limits, or submit content that infringes rights or breaks the law.

You may not use the product to process highly sensitive personal data unless a future written agreement explicitly allows that use.

Interview Coach is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for lost opportunities, hiring outcomes, data loss, indirect damages, or decisions made based on practice feedback.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if use appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful, harmful to the service, or inconsistent with these terms.
